Report a Concern

The City of West Point Police regards the investigation of all concerns as important to its overall mission. If you feel that you have a concern against an employee of the City of West Point Police, please use the form below. It is very important that you fill out as much information as possible to insure an accurate investigation. If the allegation requires follow-up, an investigator will contact you if you have provided contact information.

While the City of West Point Police will accept any concern, please be aware that anonymous concerns can sometimes be difficult to investigate as an investigator may need additional information and the complainant may be the only source available. For this reason, please consider providing contact information when submitting your concern.

Each concern is taken very seriously and will always be fairly and impartially investigated. It is impossible to put a time limit on any investigation, as the seriousness of the allegations vary, but be assured that every effort will be made to update specific concerns about specific cases.
